•  ​Return Shipping Costs:You (the customer) are solely responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
• ​Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Original standard delivery fees will be refunded; upgraded or express delivery options are non-refundable.

• ​If your Product arrives damaged or develops a statutory manufacturing fault, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at Support@volus-tools.co.uk with proof of purchase and photos/videos of the defect.
• ​If confirmed faulty, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
